From our supplier Adonis Valley’s website: Our family of products are produced and manufactured in strict compliance with the “designation of origin” codes and in conformity with EU Regulations for organic agriculture(EC) N. 834/2007 and N.889/2008. Both the process and the products are controlled and certified by the Italian certification body: “IMC”. Our organic operator certification code is L 0206.

TIME Olive Oil – Zaatar mixes & serving suggestions
Mix Light Med Dense
Tablespoons of olive oil/ Teaspoons of zaatar 1/1 1/2 1/3
Light Mix: For dipping with bread
Medium Mix: For bread dipping or over Greek yogurt
Dense Mix: For “Manouche”: Spread over dough, heat in oven and fold over sliced tomato, olives, mint, cheese or anything you like; or use tortillas
Light Mix (if you want to taste the olive oil more than the zaatar):
On a salad plate or flat serving dish: Mix 1 Teaspoon Zaatar to 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Use for dipping with French baguette or sour dough bread
Medium Mix (if you want to taste the olive oil as much as the zaatar):
On a salad plate or flat serving dish: Mix 2 Teaspoon Zaatar to 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Use for dipping with French baguette or sour dough bread, or over Greek Yogurt for a simple and healthy dip
Dense Mix for “Manouche” or for baking:
In a small mixing bowl: Mix 3 Teaspoon Zaatar to 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Use for a Manouche: Spread over our scrumptious manouche dough, heat in oven, take it out and fold over fresh sliced tomato, olives, mint, cheese or anything you like; or use tortillas and heat in pan on cooktop as abo
